Danah Dajani is the Senior Vice President of Programs and Partnerships at the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation, where she leads the design and implementation of initiatives that empower youth through education, upskilling, and strategic philanthropy. With over 19 years of experience across the MENA region, Danah has played a key role in advancing innovative education models and fostering multi-stakeholder collaborations that address critical development challenges.
Danah also oversees the Abdul Aziz Al Ghurair Refugee Education Fund, which provides learning and livelihoods opportunities for vulnerable youth, and has spearheaded several high-impact programs that align with the region’s priorities for inclusive growth and future-ready skills.
A Chevening Scholar and Eisenhower Fellow, Danah holds master’s degrees in Social Research and in Gender and Development from the Universities of Bath and Sussex. She is passionate about building ecosystems that amplify local voices and position the Arab region as a hub for bold, homegrown solutions.
